You are known to be calm under pressure and people admire your easy way of sharing kitchen tips and tricks while you train, equip and mentor high school kitchen staff. These gifts also make it easy for you to welcome and integrate local volunteers into food preparation and cooking rotation for on-site youth programs and community events. Ensuring the kitchen is kept clean, exceeding the Ministry of Health standards, is a top priority for you. As a valued part of the team, you look forward to attending weekly staff meetings as well as supervisory meetings. As a team player, it feels natural for you to chip in and help out with any other duties as required.
