2022 summer team positions

Are you interested in a summer spent in northern Ontario, working on a team to help develop, equip and empower Jesus followers? Are you looking to find a meaningful way to serve while at the same time be invested in? Do you want to use your summer to become the best version of yourself while helping others do the same? If this sounds like you, then consider joining the 2022 Coldwater Summer Team.

We are looking for humble, responsibility-hungry and self-aware Jesus followers to join us on our Summer Team. Our team roles involve wilderness program leadership or serving with operations at Camp Norland, our summer home and basecamp. Each Summer Team role is important and contributes to the overall experiences of our participants.

We work hard to create an environment that will enable all team members to grow while also filling an important leadership role. Accepted Summer Team members can look forward to:

  • Participating in a wilderness program

  • Receiving leadership instruction and developing transferable skills

  • Experiencing a summer in an intentional community

  • Living in a rustic yet comfortable northern Ontario lakefront camp setting

  • Intentional rhythms of biblical reflection, physical work, mentoring, shared meals and life-giving fun

If you are seeking an opportunity to serve, desiring to be sharpened as a leader and will be 18+ by the end of 2022, apply for one of our Summer Team positions.
