What is the Spring Gear Giveaway?
This year, we're excited to be giving away $300 worth of wilderness gear and apparel to a Coldwater Canada 2017 registrant! Anyone who registers for a summer program before Wednesday, May 24th, 2017 at 12:00 PM will be entered into the draw to win this amazing prize!

We will be drawing the Spring Gear Giveaway winner on Facebook Live from our Facebook page on Thursday, May 25th at 2:30 PM, and you don't want to miss it!
How to Enter the Giveaway
To officially enter in the Spring Gear Giveaway, you must complete all of the following before Wednesday, May 24th at 12:00 PM:

1. Register for a Coldwater Canada 2017 summer program,
2. Like our Coldwater Canada Facebook page,
3. Share our Spring Gear Giveaway post on Facebook.

One entry per registrant, giveaway entrants must complete all of the above action items (failure to complete one or more of those items disqualifies entry), no purchase necessary.

Do I Have To Pay For My Program to Qualify?
No payment is required for entry into the Spring Gear Giveaway.

Payment for registering in a Coldwater program isn't due until two weeks prior to the trip start date. For answers to more questions about registration, please see our Registration FAQ page.
What If I Registered for a Coldwater Program a While Ago?
If you registered for a Coldwater Canada 2017 summer program prior to the start of this giveaway, you are still able to qualify! Simply complete action items #2 and 3 under the "How to Enter" qualifying list before May 24th at 12:00 PM and you will be entered for the giveaway.
What If My Child is Registered, But Doesn't Have Facebook?
If someone is registered for a Coldwater Canada 2017 summer program, but doesn't have Facebook, they can still qualify! Simply have a parent or guardian complete qualifying actions # 2 and 3 on the "How to Enter" list, then contact us to let us know.

If you are a parent or guardian entering the Spring Gear Giveaway on behalf of your child, please contact Steph at steph@coldwatercanada.org and let her know the name of your child and your Facebook account name. You must be listed as the parent or guardian on the registrant's application to qualify.
